Monthly Gatherings
Establishing Sacred Daily Rituals (Dinacharya)
Join us for an evening of Ayurvedic wisdom, reflection, and practical guidance as we explore how to establish sacred daily rituals.
In Ayurveda, dinacharya refers to aligning your daily rhythms with nature to support digestion, mental clarity, energy, and overall wellbeing. Rather than relying only on occasional resets, daily rituals create long-term stability and transformation.

Ayurvedic At-Home Herbalism
Discover the energetics of common Āyurvedic herbs and how to weave them into your daily life: teas, cooking, and self-care rituals you can start in your daily routines.
Let’s work together.
As a guide into your own inner healer, I will share Ayurvedic principles, help establish daily routines and direct you to the wisdom inside Yourself. Through living in natural rhythms of life, we can come into our birth right of vitality and joy.
We will begin by defining what is well-being for you. In a co-creating field of wellness, we will explore your original elemental state of being (prakrti) and determine your current imbalance (vikrti) and health concerns. With this understanding of your whole being, physical, mental and emotional, I will create with you a customized treatment plan and systems of support.

The golden rule of Ayurveda is “like increases like” and “opposites balance.”
Let’s explore together how to apply these principles and bring awareness to our body, mind, and heart to come into harmony with ourselves.
How do we apply the principles of Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a lens to view the world to bring ourselves back the natural rhythms and cycles of life. Our breath expands and contracts, the tides ebb and flow, the moon wanes and waxes, the sun illuminates and darkens. We are meant to be alive with the flow of life. Wellness is not a static state or the same for everyone.
Ayurveda looks at the individual's elemental make-up at the time of conception to see their natural state of being. It is from here that Ayurveda gives clarity and direction of how to come back into right rhythm based on your digestive fire, current conditions and environment.
